Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session at Flourishment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Flourishment offers HOCATT wellness sessions. We are a wellness service, NOT a medical provider. Our sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Booking & Cancellation
Sessions are booked by phone, email, or our online booking form. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Payment
All payments are made in person at the time of your session. We accept cash and major credit cards. Packages and memberships are non-refundable but transferable.
Health & Safety
You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before using our services. You must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to your session. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe a session may not be appropriate for you.
Liability
You assume all risks associated with using our wellness services. Flourishment is not liable for any adverse effects that may occur. A liability waiver must be signed before your first session.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, or be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Conduct
We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on getflourishment.com, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by Flourishment and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.
